Are you Pet Friendly?

Yes we are! Dogs only please.

We have a flat fee of $75 for one dog and $125 for two dogs.
Two dog maximum in Caboose and Wedge Cabins
RV sites have no pet restrictions, but we do ask that all animals are leashed and supervised at all times.
There is no charge for service animals as long as they are designated as such and the staff is informed

Do you offer Housekeeping?

Yes, all you have to do is ask! We service the cabins on an as-needed basis so our housekeeping staff isn't knocking on your front door interrupting a quiet breakfast or restful nap to inquire about when you would prefer service.

The $35 housekeeping fee is for cabins to be fully cleaned and refreshed during your stay. We kindly ask you to contact the front office before 11am for same-day service.
If you need new towels, coffee, or lotions replaced these are all complementary services fulfilled upon request.

Should Guests Rent Cars for Their Trip?

Yes! We highly suggest renting a car to make it easier for guests to get around town. While we do have restaurants within a close walking distance having a car makes it easier to stock up with groceries and see the area at your own speed so you're not waiting on a crowded shuttle or for a taxi to make it to our property all the way from town.

We offer Jeep Rentals for our lodging guests. Ask about our extras for bike or ski transportation with your Jeep rental.

Do you have a Hot Tub?

Yes! We have a wonderful 15 person, in-ground hot tub that is within close walking distance from any cabin on the property.

What is the Closest Airport to Fireside?

Getting to Jackson Hole can be tricky since it's such a remote location. However, you can fly directly into the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) located just a 25-minute drive from Fireside Resort.

Prefer to see more of the area? You can always fly into one of the following airports and drive to Jackson Hole! It's hard to beat the scenery!

Idaho Falls Airport (IDA) - 86.9 miles

West Yellowstone Airport (WYS) - 125 miles

Salt Lake City (SLC) - 302 miles

Cancellation and Payment Policy

We take the full amount of payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 8 to 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the total reservation. Cancellations, including no-shows, made 7 or fewer days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation.
